- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition to be eligible.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned jewelry, we will process your exchange or refund promptly.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

4. Shipping Costs
- If the item has a quality defect or was incorrectly shipped, Leckey Mode will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., style, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
