Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time via the carrier’s website.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet—what should I do?
A: Delivery times vary depending on your location:

UK: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
North America & Asia: 7–15 business days

If your order exceeds the expected delivery time, please contact us at payment@LeckeyMode.net with your order number. Our customer service team will investigate and update you promptly.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact us immediately at payment@LeckeyMode.net with your order details. Once an order is in transit, the address cannot be changed.

Q: Will I receive a notification when my order ships?
A: Yes! We will send an email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
